Raspberry Shake



Ingredients:
1 cup Fresh/frozen Raspberries
2/3 cup Soy milk

Method:
  • If you are using fresh raspberries, freeze them first.
  • Put the frozen raspberries together with soy milk in a blender.
  • Whiz together till smooth.
  • Pour into a tall glass, decorate with a few halved raspberries and serve immediately.
