Fried Vegetable Noodle

Ingredients:
1 pkt cooked Egg noodles
1 onion (thinly sliced)
2 Green chillies (thinly sliced slantingly)
2 cloves Garlic (finely minced)
1 Carrot (Cut into thin Matchsticks)
1 Green capsicum (Cut into thin Matchsticks)
1 tomato (cut into 8 wedges)
1 stick Leeks (sliced into 1" inch thickness)
1/4 cup Beans sprouts (cleaned and washed)
1 Spring onion (sliced into 1" inch thickness)
1/4 Maggi chicken cube
1 tsp tomato puree
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Method:
  • Heat oil in a wok, add garlic, onion and green chillies. Fry for 2 mins.
  • Add the carrot, capsicum and crushed chicken cube. Stir well, then add the tomato puree, tomato and leeks. Cook for 3 mins.
  • Season the contents with white pepper and salt. Then add the cooked noodles, and stir well to mix all the ingredients together.
  • Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve immediately.
