Watermelon Cooler

Ingredients:
1/2 small Watermelon (skinned and deseeded)
1/2 cup Strawberries (hulled and washed)
1/4 cup ice cold water
Few mint leaves

Method:
  • Roughly chop the watermelon and strawberries into small pieces.
  • Freeze the watermelon and strawberries for about 1 hour.
  • Then blend the fruits together with water and mint leaves till smooth.
  • Pour into small glasses, decorate and serve immediately. Alternatively, you can serve the juice in the reserved watermelon shells.
