1 Lebanese cucumber (Cut into 1 inch cubes)
1 white onion (Cut into 1 inch cubes)
2 Firm tomatoes (Deseeded and cut into 1 inch cubes)
1 Green chilli (Finely chopped)
Few coriander leaves (Finely chopped)
Few Mint Leaves (Finely chopped)
Juice of 1 lemon
salt to taste
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients in a glass bowl and mix everything together well with hands.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- It is a great side dish for Kebabs and other grilled meat stuffs and a healthy addition to any meal.
